Admissions

Enrollment Requirements

Montessori Village Green accepts applications year-round on a first come, first served basis. If the number of applications exceeds the number of seats available, the remaining applications will be placed on a waitlist in the order received. Applications for the following school year will be available January 1st each year.

To begin the enrollment process at Montessori Village Green, please follow these steps:

1. Complete the Admission Application:

All applicants must complete and submit an Admission Application. Completed applications can be emailed to HartwickA@odysseycharterschool.com, or hand delivered or mailed to:

Odyssey Charter School
Montessori Village Green
1755 Eldron Boulevard SE
Palm Bay, FL 32909
321-733-0442, ext. 214

Submission of a student application does not guarantee admission.

2. School Tour (with child present):

Tours are by appointment only and are scheduled Monday through Thursday each week between 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. by contacting Alia Hartwick, MVG Director, at 321-733-0442, ext. 214, or HartwickA@odysseycharterschool.com.

At Montessori Village Green, we require that all prospective families attend a Shared Experience Tour—and we kindly ask that the child accompany the parent.

This special visit allows both the parent and the child to explore our environment together, creating a shared moment of discovery while gaining insight into the Montessori approach to early education. Having the child join offers many benefits:

  • • Helps the child feel safe and confident in a new setting
  • • Encourages curiosity and excitement about learning
  • • Allows the child to experience the unique Montessori style firsthand
  • • Builds a sense of trust and connection between the child, the family, and the school
  • • Opens up meaningful conversations about the child’s readiness, preferences, and feelings

We believe that seeing the classroom through the child’s eyes is an important step in choosing the right learning environment—and a wonderful way to begin the journey together.

3. Post-Tour Registration Discussion:

After Shared Experience Tour, we meet with the parent/guardian to review the registration requirements for enrollment, ensuring all documents and details are in order.

4. Required Documents for Enrollment (After acceptance into the program):

The following required documentation must be submitted along with the registration packet:

  • • Completed Registration Packet
  • • Registration Fee
  • • Immunization Records
